Start of September with denim.

 Denim for Autumn:

In the first few weeks of September, we see the summer dresses get put away and the bright colours disappear. Now, the colours available to us are black and white, deep reds and cremes.

There has been an increase in the wear of denim, skirts, jeans, pants, jackets, and even tops. It suits all different shapes and sizes by flattering them in different ways. Although denim in autumn means wet denim which will get really heavy to wear it is always a good staple.

Denim can be matched with anything but if someone was asking for my personal opinion right now I would suggest black faux leather boots with a cozy sweater and a little black bag to go with the boots and if you were feeling extra coordinative you could also style a black faux leather belt on the denim bottom.

Celeb influences:

Kylie Jenner has just been seen modeling for Acne Studios in a few denim looks which are available to buy for $550. There are definitely cheaper alternatives like a $56 PrettyLittleThing denim jacket though it's not acid wash it can easily be done up at home with a bit of bleach used carefully.

The Primark Rita Ora collection which came out on the 19th of September of this year features many denim pieces like a ‘denim biker jacket’ and a ‘Denim maxi skirt’. This is a very affordable collection that can keep anyone up to date with trends as long as they don’t mind being in the fast fashion chain but keep in mind there are always sustainable options in charity shops and vintage shops although they are more time-consuming and require a bit of imagination to give some items a second life.

Thank you so much for reading this week's blog and I hope that you enjoyed a few points that I made. Like and Share this blog with your friends if you enjoyed, share your opinions!
